Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

• If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at flexpulsepro1@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
